You can TRY something like Paul Mitchells SuperSkinny system, but if your hair is really really thick and completely unmanagable, you may want to consider getting your hair chemically straightened. It helps out with that a lot. Another option would be to go to the salon and get the stylist to use thinning/texturizing shears to thin out your hair.

the best shampoo I've found is Matrix. You probably will have to go to a salon to get it, or if you have a J.C. Penny's near by you can get it from their salon. Get rhe one called sleek and shine. They also carry a after spritz that will help with frizz too.
