I was thinking about switching to Mizani sensitive scalp relaxer, because I was told, it is not good to use the same relaxer for a long time.

That is true you should switch relaxer every so often cause the hair does seem to get used to the products, however, if you are trying this product for the first time make sure you use a mild . to make sure it is good for you. You dont want to break your hair.

Well if you have thick but soft hair you should not even get a relaxer. Any relaxer that you use for even a short time is not good for your hair. Just think relaxers are like acid they irritate your hair and scalp. Just press it if it's soft because pressing is natural and doesn't mess with the chemical structure of hair like a relaxer.
