Does Mane and Tail make my hair thicker?

I really want to grow my hair out longer, but I have really thick hair, so that is not the problem.

I heard that that Mane and Tail shampoo and conditioner is originally for horses, but also makes human hair thicker and longer.

Is this true?

If it is, how do I use it to only make my hair longer, but not thicker?

If I can't, what other shampoo's or tecniques can I use to make my hair longer, but NOT THICKER?

Every body's hair is different so this shampoo may work differently for your hair. However, healthy hair grows quicker. Keep the ends trimmed and try not to blow dry or straighten your hair unless you use a product that puts moisture back into it. Wash your hair every other day as well as condition it. Washing your hair too often can cause it to fall out, thin, and strip your hair of its natural oils. Read shampoo bottles, it's important to know what you are putting in your hair. Don't switch shampoos too often either; the change of chemicals isn't good.

The shampoo itself doesn't make hair thicker and longer; nothing but genetics can make your hair thicker, and nothing but time and care can make it longer. However, Mane and Tail is a great shampoo to use. It smells great and it makes my hair so shiny and manageable. It is definitely the best shampoo/conditioner out there. And they have detangler too!

There are shampoos and conditioners , and also combos, that can TEMPORARILY make hair thicker, but none can make it longer.

Only TIME can do that....and not even that works for some people, like me
