There is no way to make hair thicker than its natural thickness, but you can use volumising shampoos and conditioners to add more body.

For healthy hair:

Firstly, take vitamin supplements and make sure you get a good intake of protein (This also helps hair grow at its maximum speed).

Secondly, don't shampoo every day, it is horribly drying to hair.

Use a moisturising shampoo every 2-3 days and a moisturising conditioner every day.

Thirdly, you might want to use a hair mask every-now-and-again and deep condition once a week to ensure optimum hair health.

The colour of your hair does not affect the growth.

Bleaching hair may cause changes to the hair's texture.

don't use shampoo everyday. in days that you don't use shampoo, apply coconut oil. use shampoo with aloe vera extracts. dilute with water. don't use dyes so often.
