No, the cream removes the hair at the skin. It does not go to the root. Wax which pulls out at the root claims it will make the hair follicle grow back less thick.

If you are talking about the amount of hair nothing will change that except electrolysis.

no, not at all. Wax might, but other then that only laser hair removal will reduce the thickness of the hair.
