I'm not African American, I'm actually Asian, but I do have very frizzy and thick hair. Since I used Pantene Smooth and Silky shampoo my hair has been a lot less frizzier. It's still a bit frizzy, but a lot better. Oh and I also got my hairdresser to make my hair a lot less thick, and it has really worked. you should really try that.
